I'm not very good with words when it comes to sad occasions, even less so when the occasion is the untimely and unexpeted death of a guy who has given Murky Depths incredible support. James Redington's presence is going to be missed by many more than just his family and close friends to whom we send our utmost sympathies.

As thanks and a simple tribute to James, Murky Depths has dedicated the inside back cover of Issue #1 with a specially comissioned illustration from Portent Comic artist Luke Cooper.

We'll miss you, James. Your talent and generosity has been an example to us all. Thank you for leaving such an inspirational legacy.
