Ian Jones' illustration for 'Horizon'. Simple yet effective. Loved the collage style of it. In my opinion, it's more than just an illustration - it could be a stand alone piece of art.

Also, it reminds me of the stuff I did for A-Level art.

I loved Paul Drummond's illustration for Best in Class. Very atmosheric, and I do like a smart car...

Difficult to choose a favourite illustration this issue as I thought the art was some of the best so far. Paul Drummond for 'Best in Class'; Ian Jones for 'Horizon' and Nancy Farmer for 'Are you Lonesome tonight?' were the standouts.

Just read Gareth's review for SFCrowsnest. If you read this, sorry about Hellhound's nastier elements, Gareth. I'm afraid I come from the Garth Ennis school of writing. Glad you liked the conclusion though and thanks for the comments.
