'Day Boy' by Trent Jamieson. Just my kind of thing. I also really liked 'The Man With The Hologram Face', by Louise Cyphers - deep and thoughtful, and a nice (calmer?) contrast to the more 'action' orientated stories in issue 4.

I enjoyed every story, though. 'First Aid' was good.

Trent Jameson's "Day Boy" has been nominated in the Australian Aurealis Awards 2008 for Best Horror Short Story. Lets hope it gets the votes. Trent has also been nominated for Best Science Fiction Short Story. So good luck Trent!
