That's got to be Ed Norden's illustration of "Casting Sin" by C S McCath (incidentally she will be the first writer to have a story longer than 5,000 words, appearing in Issue #7) with Mark Chilcott's illustration for Edward Morris's "First Aid" coming a close second.
