In the summer, I wrote an article about British SF magazines. I had recently discovered MD - in Orbital - and it had impressed me. At a moment where so many pretend that "SF is dying", here is a new, splendid magazine proving the contrary. To have correct information, I entered in many sites and forums. i realized that many people - especially young people - adored MD.
Comics, mangas, RPG and video games are supposed to be an awful concurrence of printed SF magazines; they are even mentioned as the reason for "the imminent SF death". Nonsense. MD proves that SF and comics can be associated in a wonderful way. I sincerely believe that such associations could be the future for printed SF magazines. AND young people love MD.
I wrote all this in my article. apparently, French people also loved MD. A story of MD#3 was translated by the editor in chief of Galaxies and published in the last issue of Galaxies (the Number One SF French magazine). I hope that more stories of MD will follow in Galaxies and more magazines like MD will appear soon.
As far as it concerns me, I will continue the efforts to promote this wonderful magazine.

I really do think that MD is meant for big things.
